TAD is a unique space based BIM that can help architects right from early stages of designing onward

TAD has been in continuous development since 1989 and has been used in over 3 million sq.ft of built works and scores of unbuilt ones. One of the first usage of a BIM anywhere in the world was when I had used the earliest versions for Konkan Railway Corporation's interior design for their headquarters.

It was used in two research projects with IIT Bombay to calculate heat loads of buildings.

With your help, TAD would be a robust alternative to conventional BIM that architects are forced to use. Now, TAD has extensive documentation too -- and excellent support systems that architects can easily use.
